How long does a session take? We allow an hour for each session, but many people experience changes in as little as 15 minutes. 

Can this really help me overcome my specific challenges? The beauty of Mind Shifting is that, once you understand how to shift your perspective, obstacles become opportunities. You’ll learn how to reframe what you’re facing.
