Resolving Imposter Syndrome

Hypnosis and Mind Shifting both offer a helpful approach for imposter syndrome by working with the subconscious part of the mind, where our thoughts, feelings and beliefs are stored. Trying to resolve imposter feelings consciously often fails because it doesn’t address the underlying source of our beliefs.

Imposter syndrome thrives on thoughts of inadequacy which we maintain despite evidence to the contrary. Comparing ourselves with others is a key example of this. By communicating directly with our subconscious mind we can identify the invisible scripts it has been running and point it in a new, positive direction.
