Hypnotherapy offers a helpful approach for imposter syndrome by going directly to the subconscious mind, where our thought patterns are stored. Trying to address imposter feelings consciously often fails because it doesn’t address the root source of our beliefs.   

Imposter syndrome thrives on thoughts of inadequacy which we maintain despite conscious evidence to the contrary. Comparing ourselves with others is a key element of this. By communicating directly with our subconscious we can identify the invisible scripts it has been running and point it in a new, positive direction.
